Our otomat-nc machine with micro-processor control and touch screen keypad is powered by hydraulic. It grinds the top and the face of the t.c.t. Circular saw blades in one cycle. Its grinding capacity is between the range of ø 125-550mm. X and y axis are driven by hydraulic. Clamping, tooth indexing, grinding forward-back are driven by hydraulic. Daily grinding capacity is 45 saw blades. The grinding forms are specified as follows.
