Semi automatic tct circular saws grinding machine

Reference OEP-S

Our machine type OEP-S is developed to grind semi-automatically the face and the top of the T.C.T. saw blades (Carbide-tipped circular saw blades) in Ø 150-600mm by grinding wheel. Its daily capacity is 10-15 pieces TCT circular saws. The coolant is provided by a pump. 8 level of speed range is adjusted in accordance with the saw blade diameter. The face and the top of the saw blade is ground in following forms by 4A2 type grinding wheel.
