| Sharpener for set tooth, stellite tooth and swaged tooth. This new model is endowed with a chariot carries millstones, mounted on linear ball-bearings, so assure a great accuracy and duration without recreation neither adjustments. The driving mechanism, very reinforced, offers great quality and accuracy in sharpening. The piston is protected against dust with trimmings detents. The double driving nail for dragging, allows to equalize the distance between teeth. All mechanism are mounted on ball-bearings and needles, plunged in an oil bath. The accuracy of the band saw’s displacement is guaranteed by the use of a long support, provided with bearing and a robust gag. New securing device for band saw, joined to the elevation system in the saw, so that it may be simultaneously elevated in a rapid and precise way. The engines are driven by contactor and conveniently protected. Optional accesories: connection for circular saws,back reinforcement and aspiration. |
